If you deposit using a foreign currency or cryptocurrency, conversion to PHP will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. The Operator bears no liability for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the PHP value of deposits or withdrawals.
6.1 All games available on a45.com are governed by their individual Game Rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. You agree to review and comply with the applicable Game Rules before participating in any game.

7.2 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. 7.3 The following conduct constitutes abuse of the bonus system and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

12.2 By registering an account on a45.com, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review, correct, or request deletion of your personal data in accordance with the rights granted under RA 10173 by contacting a45.com support.
12.3 a45.com will share your personal and financial data with PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. This sharing is mandatory and does not require your separate consent.
13.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your a45.com account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Prior to closure, any real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. KYC verification must be complete before the final withdrawal is processed.
13.2 Operator-Initiated Suspension. a45.com reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, without regard to any conflict of law principles.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and a45.com, you agree to contact a45.com customer support in the first instance and allow a reasonable period — not less than thirty (30) days — for the matter to be resolved informally. a45.com will use good faith efforts to resolve any complaint promptly.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution process in accordance with applicable PAGCOR circulars. You agree that the PAGCOR dispute resolution process will be the primary mechanism for resolving unresolved complaints before any recourse to the courts.
15.4 Subject to Section 15.3, any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts located in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
